Each pest control situation is different, as each job can vary heavily depending on the type of infestation and space. We provide free pest inspections, so even if you think your home has been compromised, it’s best to call our local pest technician to do a full check.

If we find your home has been infested, we can provide an honest and up-front quote. We do not charge call-out fees, so our service is essentially free of charge. Don’t miss out!

We generally advise keeping all valuables and sensitive items (such as food, drinks, children’s toys, pet beds etc) stored away and not left in open area.

Yes, our pest treatments are entirely safe around children and pets. 

For peace of mind, we advise you to keep your pet restrained while we are performing a pest control service within your home.

No, our treatments are entirely odour-free. In the rare case, we do have to use a method that does contain an odour; you will be advised accordingly.

No, you do not need to clear out your pantry. We do advise to pack away all food items that is sitting out in open spaces.

As with all treatments, you will likely see high pest movement after treatment. Total elimination of pests typically happens after 3-5 days of our treatment.

Common areas within homes we treat include garages, areas used to store bins and rubbish, garden areas, stairways and basements. 

For all residential pest control services, payment is due after the full completion of the treatment. 

For commercial and strata pest control services, you will be sent an invoice which is due after the completion of the treatment.

We accept payment via all major credit cards and bank transfers.
