Where our inspector looks
We check all accessible areas: roof void, subfloor, walls, skirting boards, door and window frames, fences, garden beds and timber outside the building. Termites often work out of sight, so we also look for mud tubes, hollow-sounding timber and moisture problems that attract them.
How we find active termites
We use advanced technology to detect activity behind walls and in timber, so we are not relying on a visual check alone. That helps us tell active termites from old damage and shows how far an issue has spread.
Termites hide where you can’t see them, so we check every accessible corner and use the right equipment, not just a quick look around.

Why we confirm the source
Ants, bed bugs and other pests are often mistaken for termites. We identify exactly what is causing the problem before recommending anything, so you only pay for the right treatment. If termites are found, we explain the options before any work starts, including termite treatment sydney approaches suited to your property.
